My Story
Daddy-O's Portable Patio opened in 2019. The food truck brings Tex-Mex to Jacksonville, Florida. After being in the restaurant business for 19 years, I wanted to provide good Mexican food to Jax. I'm a huge proponent of culture, food and people.

I am available for private parties, catering, offices, events, weddings, team member parties and just about any other event.
